Sean R. Roth

Sean R. Roth concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury civil litigation throughout Indiana.

Sean graduated summa cum laude earning his J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. In law school, Sean served as an Associate Editor on the Indiana Law Review. In addition, Sean received several accolades in law school including the James V. Donadio and Lloyd G. Balfour Scholarships. Sean is also a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. Prior to law school, Sean attended Indiana University where he graduated with Highest Distinction earning his B.A. in political science.

Prior to joining Stephenson Rife, Sean was an associate at McNeely Stephenson and had been employed as a law clerk for HopperBlackwell, P.C., where he worked in the area of creditors’ rights and business litigation.
